Shipping & Refunds

This policy outlines how orders are shipped and the conditions under which refunds or re-shipments are issued.
1. Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed once payment is verified — typically within 24–48 hours. Compounds ship from Alberta, Canada. Some shipments include phase-change packaging to keep temperature-sensitive compounds stable in transit; refrigerate on arrival where applicable.
2. Transit times
Domestic Canadian orders generally arrive within a few business days. International transit varies by destination and customs, and typically ranges from 5–12 business days.
3. Refund policy — all sales final
Because of the purity and containment requirements of research compounds, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns once a vial has left our facility, as we cannot verify its storage or containment integrity afterward.
4. Damage in transit
If your package arrives damaged or a vial seal is broken, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. Once verified, we will arrange a re-shipment at no additional cost.
5. Wrong or missing items
If an order arrives incomplete or incorrect, reach out through our contact page or at sales@juggernautlabs.ca and we will make it right.
