By accessing the Juggernaut Labs storefront or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

1. Laboratory research use only

Important notice

All peptides and research compounds sold on this site are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in-vitro studies, and scientific analysis. They are not for human or animal consumption, and not for diagnostic, agricultural, or therapeutic use.

By purchasing, you certify that you are legally qualified to handle these materials, that you will store and use them safely, and that you accept all associated risks.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer or cryptocurrency (BTC / USDT). Submitting an order creates a pending record; it is confirmed only once payment is manually verified. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid within 24 hours, or that we suspect to be fraudulent.

3. Pricing & availability

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Products are subject to availability; if an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

4. Shipping & returns

Fulfilment and refund criteria are described in our Shipping & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. User liability

You agree to indemnify and hold Juggernaut Labs harmless from any damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from the misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized handling of any product purchased from us.
